Perham Homes Limited is a family owned Newfoundland business, incorporated since 1978. The owners, Pat and Stella Perham, have built a very successful new home construction business, building hundreds of homes in and around Mount Pearl and St. John's. With over 30 years experience in the home building industry, Perham Homes prides itself on providing excellent customer satisfaction, and has built a solid reputation as “Builders of Quality, Affordable Homes”.

Some of subdivisions completed by Perham Homes include Pearlgate East, Pearlgate Terrace, and Kenmount Heights. We've recently completed dozens of homes in Kenmount Terrace, and are now constructing homes in Westgate Subdivision.

Perham Homes has a wide range of plans available and can build to your plans as well. All our homes are covered with a 8-year limited home warranty.
